- Trip registration is confirmed once the course or trip deposit has been paid to the given bank account
- Cancellations will be refunded only as follows:
- 60 days or more before the trip starts : forfeit deposit
- 60-31 : 50% of total course fee
- 30-15 days : 25% of total course fee
- 14 days or less : No refund
- MSMG reserve the right to make changes to the programme as a result of bad weather, snow conditions, poor physical condition of participants. Necessary changes made to the programme as a result of unforseen conditions will not result in a refund under any circumstances.
Participants are personally responsible for assessing whether they are both physically and mentally prepared to participate on MSMG trips. Participants are also responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient food, drink, and equipment for the trip. (see equipment list for each trip) Trips of this nature involve a degree of risk of injury. For example: as a result of avalanche, rock fall, fall, falling in a crevasse, bad weather, etc. Participants should exercise caution and act accordingly on the advice of MSMG guides. Participation on MSMG trips is purely voluntary and participants are aware of and accept full responsibility of the risks involved. MSMG, and MSMG guides can not be held liable for any economic consequences resulting from injuries or accidents incurred under an MSMG trip. It is recommended that participants take out suitable travel and accident insurance to cover mountaineering activities
