On 4th June 2006 By Hands and Feet across Greenland completed the first crossing of Greenland by a paraplegic woman. Congratulations to the team! |

Karen Darke from Scotland crossed Greenland in 29 days from Tasiilaq to Kangerlussuaq a distance of almost 600km. Karen was paralysed from the chest down in a climbing accident in 1993. However, this hasnt stopped her drive for adventure and expeditions. Harvey was one of the team members accompanying Karen on her latest challenge.
